Refund Policy

All course purchases made through SkillForever are final.

Once payment has been successfully completed and enrollment has been confirmed, no refund will be issued.

Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Accidental purchase.
• Failure to complete the course.
• Lack of time to attend the course.
• Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations.
• Failure to review the course information before purchase.
• Non-usage of the course after enrollment.
• Promotional or discounted purchases.

Exceptional Cases

A refund may only be considered if:

• A duplicate payment has been successfully charged for the same order.
• Payment has been deducted but enrollment was not provided due to a verified technical issue.
• An unauthorized transaction is verified after review.

Any eligible request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction along with valid payment details.

Each course purchased on SkillForever remains valid for 1 year from the date of successful enrollment.

Cancellation requests submitted after enrollment will not be accepted.
